Worlds and gyms
Every gym in progression order, and what changes when you reach it.
Worlds are the gyms you unlock as your strength and money grow. Each one raises the training requirement and introduces new competition opponents, and most add a machine or shop you cannot use anywhere earlier.

| 1 | Seaside Gym | The starter gym, located on a cheerful beach. There's happy music and bodybuilders that just started their journey to become the best. You can find the Pet Collection, the Referral and some stands for robux trainers, robux pets, and robux eggs. |
| 2 | Modern Gym | A classic gym, with orange neon lights and dark walls. Winning the competition and training is much harder compared to the Seaside Gym, requiring you to train more stamina and also spend more time working on your muscle strenght. In this world you can find a Pet Enchanting Machine. |
| 3 | Space Gym | A futuristic gym, located inside an advanced spaceship somewhere in space. Here you will no longer be competiting with human bodybuilders, but he'll have to compete against actual alien, so you'll have to train even harder if you want a chance at winning and progressing to the next gym. |
| 4 | Deep Ocean Gym | A gym located deep in the ocean, where you'll be doing a competition with sea creatures and a descendant of Poseidon himself. There are corals, a sunk pirate ship, fishes, and more. While this gym looks beautiful, it is a really big challenge to win and progress. |
| 5 | Zoo Gym | A gym located in a zoo, full of animals surrounding you and fresh air. You'll be competiting with humanoid animals, who are stronger than what you might think. Altough, training in this gym is pretty simple and getting enough muscle strenght to win won't take long, so you won't be staying here long. |
| 6 | Ancient Gym | An ancient gym located in Prehistory, full of dinosaurs, big trees and volcanos. You'll have to go back in time to reach this place, and start training to be able to win the competition against humanoid dinosaurs. Winning the competition is just a little harder than it is in World 5, so this isn't a big challenge. |
| 7 | Pyramid Gym | Continuing your journey in time, you reach this gym, located in Ancient Egypt, in a place full of pyramids and ruins. You'll be competiting with mummies and pharaohs, but also with egyptian gods. But at this point in your journey to become the best bodybuilder, you're becoming some kind of god yourself. |
| 8 | Body Builder Academy | You've now became one of the best bodybuilders in the world, and now you've been admitted to the Body Builder Academy, full of people like you. You'll be training in the gym of this school, where all the bodybuilders you met in the past are cheering you up, from bosses to trainers. You can still have a competition with people from the school (humans this time), but winning will be pretty easy. You |
| 9 | Giant Gym | After graduating, you reach a huge viking gym on a snowy mountain, where you'll be training with giant weights to win in competitions against giant bodybuilders. Lifting weights in this gym won't be easy, but the satisfaction of doing so will be high. You can find a Pet Enchanting Machine. |
| 10 | Anime Gym | You enter the anime world and start training in a peaceful and beautiful japan-themed gym, where you'll be competing against iconic anime characters. It feels more like a vacation than a new challenge, but getting enough stamina to train there won't be easy. You can find a Pet Enchanting Machine. |
| 11 | Muscle Factory | Seeing how strong you've become, you get hired to work in the Muscle Factory. Here you're still gonna train with some machines, but most of the training is done by working for the factory, that produces the best equipment for the best bodybuilders.
